Your first class You will need to turn up 15minutes before the start of your class. This is to fill out your Pilates In the Park screening form, which ensures you are fit to take part. This is essential if you wish to participate. If you wish to save time we can forward a form to your e-mail address, please email info@kalmafitness.co.uk How much does it cost? Pay as you go: £7.00 - arrive 10 minutes prior to class to make your payment. Buy a 5 session pass for £32.50, (non-refundable). This card is valid throughout the season and works out at £6.50 per session. Facilities There are toilets 2 minutes from where we are situated; there is also a water fountain there in case you forget your water bottle. Mats are also provided but are limited, though we hope to provide enough for everybody. Remember, advanced booking ensures you a place and a mat! What to wear/bring - Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, i.e. lose trousers and a T-shirt
- An extra layer if it is a chilly day.
- A cap or sunglasses on a bright day.
- A water bottle to keep you fully hydrated
- A mat (Mats available for new students please email to reserve your mat)

Parking Parking meters are in operation around the park from 08:30hrs, the cost for one hour is roughly £1.60, you can however park for free until 09:00hrs if you don't mind a little walk of about 15minutes, some of these roads are Belsize Park Gardens and Eton Avenue. Map Go online to MultiMap.
